Bring a yoga mat and magic circle. The next step in the progression of pilates mat exercises. For those with at least one full year of pilates mat experience.
Mondays | 7:00 - 7:45pm
Bring a yoga mat, 2-5 pound weights, a towel and water. Combines core conditioning, flexibility plus stability and strength exercises using a chair as a barre, weights, and resistance bands.
Wednesdays | 5:15pm - 6:15pm

Bring a yoga mat and magic circle. Variations and modifications will be given to accommodate participants with at least onefull semester of Pilates mat experience.
