This class combines the core conditioning of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, the stability of ballet and the strengthening of fitness in one class. The workout incorporates floor work using a mat, barre work using a chair, and standing exercises using light weights and body weight against resistance. Bring a sturdy chair without arms, mat or towel, a set of 2-5 lb. weights, and water. Fitness attire is recommended. Foot attire includes bare feet, socks, ballet slippers or split-soled sneakers.
