Pilates Mat: Mixed Level

Mondays | 5:15-6:15pm

Teacher:  Sharyn Kalinkewicz

This class is designed for any level Pilates student from beginner through advanced. Modifications and variations will be offered. Exercises will focus on the 6 core principles of Joseph Pilates used to lengthen and strengthen muscles with precision, concentration, breath, control, centering and flow. Bring a yoga mat and water. A magic circle and resistance band are optional.

Barre: Strength & Flex

Mondays | 6:45-7:45pm

Teacher:  Emma Castoria

This class combines the core conditioning of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, the stability of ballet and the strengthening of fitness in one class. The workout incorporates floor work using a mat, barre work using a chair, and standing exercises using light weights and body weight against resistance. Bring a sturdy chair without arms, mat or towel, a set of 2-5 lb. weights, and water. Fitness attire is recommended. Foot attire includes bare feet, socks, ballet slippers or split-soled sneakers. 

Barre: Ballet & Balance

Tuesdays | 6:45-7:45pm

Teacher:  Emma Castoria

This class is for those with little or no ballet experience. It uses classical ballet exercises modified for a fitness setting. The format includes a moving warmup, standing abdominal work, basic ballet technique at the "barre", and a stretch.  The chair will assist with balance and core/pelvic stabilization. Use of multiple repetitions will improve muscular endurance. Bring a mat, sturdy chair without arms, a set of 2-4 lb. weights, and water. Fitness attire and socks, bare feet or ballet shoes recommended.

Cardio Interval

Tuesdays | 5:15-6:15pm

Teacher: Renee Hostetler

This fun and energizing total body workout mixes combinations of either kickboxing, low impact aerobics, or both with alternating bouts of muscular endurance. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring a set of 3-5 lb. hand weights, a towel, water and a mat. Fitness attire and supportive sneakers are recommended. Get ready to kick up the intensity and cross train with variety!

Kickboxing: Upper Cut

Wednesdays | 6:45-7:45pm

Instructor:  Mary Anne Fantauzzi

This class will improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a variety of kickboxing moves that focus on the upper body and core. Every combination will put muscle behind the movement. A separate strength segment will target upper an lower body at the end of the intense cardio portion. Bring a set of 3-5 lb. weights, a mat, towel and water. Get ready to have fun and sweat!

Beginner Pilates

Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:15pm - 6:00pm

Teacher: Bridget / Ellen

Bring a yoga mat and magic circle. Emphasis is on the six principles of Joseph Pilates' Contrology. Works the entire core. This is designed for those new to pilates.  

Intermediate Pilates

Mondays & Wednesdays | 6:10pm - 6:55pm

Teacher: Ellen

Bring a yoga mat and magic circle. The next step in the progression of pilates mat exercises. For those with at least one full year of pilates mat experience.

Barre: Strength & Flex

Mondays | 7:05pm - 7:50pm

Teacher: Ellen

Bring a yoga mat, 2-5 pound weights, a towel and water.  Combines core conditioning, flexibility plus stability and strength exercises using a chair as a barre, weights, and resistance bands.  

Cardio Kickboxing

Wednesdays | 7:05pm - 8:00pm

Teacher: Christine

Bring a set of 3-5 lb. weights and a mat. A full body workout that uses the kicks and punches of martial arts to tone muscles and build cardiovascular endurance
