HERE'S WHAT'S NEW AT TBT87 - "THE VIRTUAL FITNESS STUDIO THAT ALWAYS FEELS LIKE HOME"

DANCE WITH THE DANCERS  NYCB Corps Claire Von Enck will teach ballet + choreography inspired by Midsummer Night's Dream on Friday June 4 from 11:30-12:30. NYCB Soloist Brittany Pollack will return on Friday May 7 from 11:30-12:30 with another fun arm workout inspired by the Bluebird variation from Sleeping Beauty. Pre-registration is required 5 days in advance. $10 per participant per class. Payment options include PayPal (This email address is being protected from spambots. CLASS NEWS:  To celebrate the FIRST ANNIVERSARY of TBT87 virtual, the trio of Mare, Sharyn and Renee will co-teach a special TRIFECTA MIX class on May 18th at 4:30. We will each teach a 20 minute segment with a celebratory toast at the end. FREE to ALL. Member guests are also free to attend but they must pre-register in order to receive the Zoom invitation. 

GENERAL NEWS  Mary Anne has been posting daily workouts on our Facebook page (Mare at Trifecta) since March 18, 2020. Genres include barre, HIIT, cardio, yoga, Pilates, ballet, muscular endurance, TABATA, kickboxing, and stretching. Each week has a different theme. like us on Facebook!

On May 18, 2020, new virtual fitness studio TBT87 launched in order to keep our fitness family safe, motivated and healthy during this time of social distancing. The name TBT87 honors our first location at 87 Church Street, Saratoga Springs. The cost of a 10 class card is $40. No expiration date. Only class card members will receive Zoom invitations.
