TBT87 Our virtual studio will continue to offer two Chair Yoga classes on Monday and Friday at 10:30am.  Chair Yoga is known to be beneficial for individuals who find traditional yoga challenging, but it can be an enjoyable addition to anyone's practice. Renee's Monday morning class has a new name to reflect its postures, practice and playlist. Chair Yoga Flow incorporates all the elements of a traditional flow class:  breathing exercises, yoga poses, and an ending relaxation. A link to optional music via Spotify will be offered for each class.  Upper Cut will continue with Mare on Monday night at 4:30pm.  See a complete list of class offerings on the bottom of our Home page.
MY GYM FITNESS CENTER  is open for business with limited hours and indoor group fitness classes. 
Yoga with Ellen is offered on Tuesdays 9:45am. Masks must be worn and participants must bring two yoga mats, a beach towel, water to drink in a vessel with a built-in straw and wear socks. This class is open to full gym members, Groupon card members and Silver Sneakers at no additional cost. Walk-ins pay $10.  Call the gym at 518-885-4222 for more info.

On May 18, 2020, new virtual fitness studio TBT87 launched in order to keep our fitness family safe, motivated and healthy during this time of social distancing. The name TBT87 honors our first location at 87 Church Street, Saratoga Springs. It offers Zoom classes at our original class card price at the 87 Church Street location: 10 classes for $40. No expiration date.
