TBT87 Beginning Wednesday October 7, the 4:30 class will be called CARDIO + INTERVALS. Renee will teach continuous cardio from 4:30-5:00 then Mare will teach Cardio/Sculpt Intervals from 5:00-5:30. The interval format will be 3 minutes of cardio and 1.5 minutes of muscular endurance.
MY GYM FITNESS CENTER Indoor group fitness classes include Yoga with Ellen on Tuesday mornings at 9:45 and Dynamic Strength with Ellen or Laurel at 9:15. Masks must be worn at all times, socially distanced sections of the gym floor have been marked off, and participants must bring their own mats and large towel. Walk-ins welcome for $10.
