A unique classical ballet class for all level participants that take you from working the core to dancing on the floor!
Tuesdays, 1:00-2:00pm in Studio 2 HYBRID class with max of 14 people in-person and the rest on Zoom.
Format: Moving warmup, floor barre that focuses on the core and leg series, and standing center. Each class culminates with a choreographic segment inspired by the great ballets of the 20th century. Participants should wear ballet slippers and bring a yoga mat for floor portion of class. Fitness attire is suggested.
