This unique classical ballet class for all level participants that takes you from working the core to dancing on the floor will meet both in-person and on Zoom!
Format: Moving warmup, floor barre that focuses on the core, and a leg series. Each class ends with a choreographic segment inspired by the great ballets of the 20th century. Participants should wear ballet slippers and bring a yoga mat for floor portion of class. Fitness attire is suggested.
